89년 Haut-Brion과 La mission Haut-Brion을 마실때 나온 소리들이다.

먼저 WS에서 나온글...
Château Haut-Brion
Fabulous aromas of raspberries, minerals, tobaccco, chocolate. Complex. Full-bodied, with big velvety tannins but elegant and fabulous. Wonderful sweetness. Goes on and on. This has been 100 points since I first tasted it in barrel. It may age forever, but so good now. Love it.(WS)

Château La Mission-Haut-Brion
Blockbuster. This is incredibly impressive with aromas of plums, berry, tobacco and cedar. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long, long finish. Still closed, but so opulent and beautiful. Raspberry aftertaste. Lasts for minutes. I underrated this years ago. Clearly 100 points.(WS)

Chateau tasting notes
A very hot year and also very dry ; such years produce great vintages.
Here is what we can say about this wine today :
First, the wine shows great concentration of aromas and a lot of mellowness due to lovely tannins and a rather low acidity. A wine with a lot of fitness and harmony. one might compare it to the 1959 for its structure and mellowness. Similar weather conditons produced a rather similar crop. The grapes for the white wine were gathered on August 29 & 30 and the harvest really started for

This wine has a handsome color deep and mature. The nose finds that the perfect maturity of the fruit is dominating the tasting. one even finds the softness of the wine in the nose. In the mouth the subtleties of the aromas evolve bit by bit. The ripe tannins make up a taut and fleshy base. Nevertheless all is harmoniously melded together. one notes the scent of cigar, cedar wood, an unusually exotic touch of vanilla, cloves and orange peel, ending with a strong whiff of truffle. All these evolve together and give a sensation of silky unctuosity. This is a legendary bottle.


두와인 모두 100점짜리 와인이다. WS에서는 오브리옹은 이것이 단 하나의 100점.어디서부터 시작을 해야할지 모르겠다.
89 오브리옹은 병 브리딩 30분 그다음 디켄 다시 병으로 옮겨졌다.
라미종은 그냥 디켄.
92년 오브리옹도 그냥 디켄.
89년이 엄청난 와인이라 빈티지가 별로인 92년과 비교해서 마실려고 한병 준비했다.

89 오브리옹은 아로마가 꽉 차있다. 시가냄새와 초코렛냄가가 한층 더 부르러움을 주었다.
입안에 한모금.. 부드러운 느낌이 입안을 돌았다. 아.. 어찌 말로써 표현하리...
피니쉬가 15초 이상 간다는 오브리옹.. 충분이 느낄수 있었다.

89 라미종 오브리옹은 딱 내스타일.
시가냄새와 초코렛.. 미묘하게 나는 바닐라와 클로브... 그리고 약간의 오렌지 껍질의 냄새... 길고 마지막으로 나오는 truffle냄새.. 아... 죽인다. 계속 냄새를 맡고 또 맡아도 절대 싫지않다. 좀더 가까이 냄새을 맡을려고 코 가까이 가져오다 코로 와인을 마실뻔했다. 오브리옹 보다 좀더 묵직한 느낌을 받았다. 힘차있어보인다.

먼저 92년이 꺽었다.. 그다음 라미종.. 하지만 오브리옹은 계속 이어가다 곧 서서이 꺽이고 있었다.
한편의 오폐라를 본듯한 느낌이다. 잔잔하고 부드럽게 시작해서 막강한 힘을 한번 발휘하고 다시 서서이 끝이난다.
